Reducing Invalid Submissions by CNGS AMs' AEs: Partnering with EMP for Success

We collaborate with the Escalation Management and Prevention (EMP) team to achieve a reduction in invalid submissions by CNGS AMs' AEs, targeting a decrease of xx.x% in Q1, and xxxbps below the set goal by 2023. We have identified the primary reasons for rejection and are taking steps to bridge the knowledge and operational gaps of AMs, as outlined in the upcoming step #3.
