Reducing AE Invalid Submissions for CNGS AMs: Collaboration and Knowledge Gap Mitigation

We collaborate with the Escalation Management and Prevention (EMP) team to achieve a reduction in AE invalid submissions for CNGS AMs (xx.x% in Q1, xxxbps versus the goal) by 2023. Our approach involves identifying the primary reasons for rejections and addressing the knowledge or operational gaps among AMs (see next step #3).
