Cargo Caking Issue in Terminal Silos: Joint Survey Scheduled

Upon the advice of the receiver's insurance broker, it was discovered that the cargo in the terminal's silos had become caked, causing difficulties during discharging and transfers. As a result, we were invited to witness the condition of the cargo in the silos, alongside their loss adjusters. A joint survey has been scheduled for the afternoon of May 17, and another surveyor, Mr. Yin, will be in attendance. We have also informed the Charterer's surveyor, who has confirmed their attendance at the survey.
