Cargo Caking in Terminal Silos: Joint Survey Scheduled to Assess Damage

Upon the advice of the receiver's insurance broker, it was discovered that the cargo stored in the terminal's silos had become caked. This caking has caused significant difficulties in discharging and transferring the cargo. To assess the situation, we have been invited to witness the cargo's condition in the silos, along with the receiver's loss adjusters. A joint survey has been scheduled for the afternoon of May 17th. Our surveyor, Mr. Yin, will be present to represent our interests. We have also informed the Charterer's surveyor, who has confirmed their attendance at the survey.
