Cargo Caking Issue Prompts Joint Survey at Terminal Silos

Due to caking of the cargo within the terminal's silos, difficulties have arisen during the discharging and transfer process. This issue was brought to light by the receiver's insurance broker. Consequently, a joint survey has been arranged to assess the cargo's condition. The survey is scheduled for the afternoon of May 17th and will include representatives from the receiver, their loss adjusters, and an independent surveyor, Mr. Yin. The Charterer's surveyor has also been informed and will be present at the survey.
