Cargo Caking Issue in Terminal Silos: Joint Survey Scheduled

Upon advice from the receiver's insurance broker, it was discovered that the cargo in the terminal's silos had become caked, resulting in difficulties during discharging and transfers. As a result, the receiver invited us, along with their loss adjusters, to witness the condition of the cargo in the terminal's silos. The joint survey has been scheduled for the afternoon of May 17th, and Mr. Yin, another surveyor, will also be in attendance. We have also informed the Charterer's surveyor, who have confirmed their attendance at the survey.
