TAG China's Unique Collaboration Model and QBR Template Requirement

TAG China has adopted a different form of collaboration where two TAG employees work at the ELC office. They complete bidding and procurement tasks based on ELC's instructions. TAG charges a monthly service fee or salary for these two employees. This arrangement has been ongoing for several years, possibly around five years, although the exact duration is not clear to me. As a result, TAG's spend in China is not high, but they should have a good understanding of our business in China. During the APAC review, TAG mentioned that ELC would require a QBR template, but they have not received it yet. Do we have a template requirement?
