EDN Dataset Analysis: Suitability for Self-Replication and Future Research

Firstly, EDN (EveryBody Dance Now) plays a crucial role in human motion transfer tasks /cite{chan2019everybody}. The dataset provided by EDN consists of 5 folders, each corresponding to 5 subjects. Within each folder, there is a training set and a test set, both featuring the same person. Consequently, this dataset is suitable for self-replication. However, it should be noted that the limited number of characters in the training set prevented us from conducting experiments using this dataset. Although this limitation exists, we remain determined to diligently search for and utilize an appropriate dataset in future research endeavors. This step is essential to thoroughly evaluate the reliability of our proposed methodology.
