CCR Reduction: PCRshift Reason Code Removed for Fairer Benchmarking
In 2023, the CCR (Customer Complaint Rate) has an additional reason code, PCRshift, compared to 2022. This is not fair benchmarking. Therefore, they aligned with ISS/BA to remove it from the underlying data, which will further decrease our current CCR by approximately 15% ppm.
