CCR Caliber Reduction in 2023 Due to PCR Reason Code Removal
The caliber of CCR in 2023 has an additional reason code shifted from PCR compared to 2022, which is not fair benchmarking. So they aligned with ISS/BA to remove it from the base table, which will further decrease our current CCR by approximately 15% ppm.
