It should be pointed out that the introduction of environmental uncertainty in Problem 1 adds additional difficulties to solving the distributed coalition game problem. Uncertainty attaches itself to the information exchange among intelligent agents, generating inaccurate directions for strategy updates. This will hinder the convergence speed and accuracy of distributed algorithms, and even affect the stability of finding Nash equilibrium. Therefore, the coexistence of cooperation and competition among players, incomplete information exchange, and interference from random factors present challenges for the design and analysis of the subsequent distributed algorithms.
