Research on the uniformity and reproducibility of substrates is crucial for accurate and reliable material analysis. This study investigated the Raman signal uniformity of an Au/Fe3O4/MOF-867 SERS substrate using Rhodamine 6G (R6G) as a probe molecule. A waterfall plot (Figure 3e) displaying 15 sets of Raman data measured at different positions on the substrate revealed consistent signal intensity across the surface. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) at key Raman peaks (613, 773, 1362, 1502, and 1647 cm-1) were determined to be 11.49%, 10.6%, 12.8%, 12.2%, and 12.3%, respectively. These low RSD values indicate excellent Raman signal uniformity, highlighting the potential of the Au/Fe3O4/MOF-867 SERS substrate for reliable and accurate material characterization.
