苹果根系内生菌群落结构与枝干病害及产量品质的关系研究

Translation: Previous research in our laboratory has found that the composition and structure of endophytic bacterial communities in apple root systems change with the increase in tree age. The incidence of branch diseases in apple trees is related to the structure of the endophytic bacterial community in the root system. One strain with ACC deaminase activity was selected from the endophytic bacterial community in apple roots. Therefore, this strain was used as the experimental material in this study to investigate its functionality. Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of this strain on apple yield and quality, as well as its ecological effects on soil and the impact on the endophytic bacterial community structure in apple root systems. The aim is to provide technical support for the healthy, efficient, and safe production of apples.
