2023年教学专项调研项目：财务管理专业培养数字科技特质人才

为了更好地贯彻落实立德树人根本任务，加快推动'吉利教育产教融合总体规划（2023-2025）'和学校'十四五'发展规划落地，以数字化和产教融合为引领推动我校数字科技特质的高质量高水平应用型人才培养，拟开展2023年教学专项调研项目，以便更好地推进人才培养方案修订和实验室建设工作。

为凝聚学科专业共识，提升专任教师学科专业综合能力，设立教师专业综合能力提升项目，旨在让专任教师从学科和专业的发展历程中研究所在专业培养具有数字科技特质的高质量高水平应用型人才的愿景使命、目标定位、特色课程、育人模式、考核方式等内容，落实专业数字化和产教融合。

提交1份财务管理专业培养数字科技特质的高质量高水平应用型人才调研报告，研究报告字数不少于6000字（查重率不超过15%）。

The purpose of the 2023 teaching research project is to promote the cultivation of high-quality and high-level applied talents with digital technology characteristics in our university, in order to better implement the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation and accelerate the implementation of the '2023-2025 Overall Plan for the Integration of Education and Industry in Geely Education' and the '14th Five-Year Plan' for the development of the school. The project aims to revise the talent cultivation program and laboratory construction work.

To consolidate disciplinary consensus and enhance the comprehensive abilities of full-time teachers in their disciplines, a project for improving teachers' professional comprehensive abilities will be established. The project aims to enable full-time teachers to research the vision, mission, goal positioning, characteristic courses, educational models, assessment methods, and other contents of cultivating high-quality and high-level applied talents with digital technology characteristics in their disciplines, in order to implement professional digitization and integration of education and industry.

A research report on cultivating high-quality and high-level applied talents with digital technology characteristics in the financial management major should be submitted. The report should not be less than 6,000 words (with a plagiarism rate not exceeding 15%).
