///'Commission payment shall be made in accordance with the Company's collection progress. The Company shall pay the Agent the corresponding commission within 30 days of receiving payment from the Owner, subject to the following conditions: //n1. The Agent shall provide the Company with valid evidence that payment has been received from the Owner. //n2. The Agent shall submit relevant documents and information as required by the Company in order for the Company to verify the receipt of the payment. //n3. If the Agent fails to provide valid evidence or relevant documents and information in a timely manner, the Company has the right to delay payment of the commission. //n4. The Company shall pay the commission within 30 days of receiving payment, but if this period includes a statutory holiday or rest day, the deadline for payment of the commission shall be extended accordingly. //n5. If the Agent fails to provide the Company with commission payment information in accordance with the time requirements specified in the contract, the Company has the right to suspend commission payments until the Agent provides the necessary information. //n6. The Agent shall ensure the accuracy and completeness of the commission payment information provided. If any errors or omissions lead to incorrect payment, the Agent shall bear the responsibility. //n7. The Company has the right to adjust the time and method of commission payment based on actual circumstances, but shall notify the Agent in advance and obtain its consent. //n8. The Agent shall comply with relevant laws, regulations, and contractual agreements. If the Agent violates laws, regulations, or contractual agreements, resulting in the Company's inability to receive payment, the Agent shall bear the corresponding responsibility and shall not be entitled to claim commission payment. //n9. The Company has the right to adjust and modify the commission payment terms based on business conditions and actual needs, but shall notify the Agent in advance and reach a consensus through consultation. //n10. The interpretation, effectiveness, and dispute resolution of this clause shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall endeavor to settle the dispute amicably; if no agreement can be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction for litigation resolution.///
