Upon receipt of funds, the Company shall verify the exact amount of the commission based on the sales documents and supporting materials provided by the Agent.//n//n3. The Agent shall ensure the accuracy and completeness of the sales documents and supporting materials provided. In the event of any false statements or misleading conduct, the Company has the right to suspend commission payments and pursue legal recourse against the Agent.//n//n4. If the Owner issues a refund or cancels the order within 30 days of receiving payment, the Company has the right to suspend commission payments and deduct the corresponding amount from the commission already paid to the Agent.//n//n5. If a dispute or disagreement arises between the Agent and the Owner, the Company has the right to suspend commission payments until the dispute or disagreement is resolved.//n//n6. The Company shall deduct applicable taxes and other related expenses when paying the commission, and the Agent shall be responsible for any resulting tax obligations.//n//n7. The Agent shall maintain backups of the sales documents and supporting materials provided for the Company's verification and audit purposes.//n//n8. The Company has the right to adjust the time and method of commission payments based on business needs and market conditions, and shall provide prior notice to the Agent.//n//n9. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration by the arbitration institution in the relevant location, subject to the relevant arbitration rules.//n//n10. This Agreement shall come into effect upon execution by both parties and shall remain in effect until the completion of the sales tasks agreed upon in the Agreement or until the termination of the Agreement by mutual written agreement.//n//n11.
