TEP Payment Adjustment Request - May 2023

Dear Payroll TEP Team,

I am writing to request a review and adjustment of my May payment. I did not submit a TEP fapiao for May, but I have attached my fapiao for the full year of 2023. Therefore, even without the May submission, the amount should still be sufficient based on my April submission.

I am confused about why my May payment was only $19,646.47, while my April payment was $26,900.78. Upon reviewing my ADP Pay slips for both months, I noticed that $6,166 was deducted in May, indicating that payroll did not enroll me in the TEP program for that month.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in adjusting my payment accordingly. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
