Motivated to Become a Construction Engineer: Overcoming Past Academic Challenges

I am determined to continue my studies because I have a strong motivation to become a construction engineer upon graduation. However, I acknowledge that I did not do well previously due to various barriers. One of the main reasons for my poor performance in previous semesters was my lack of attendance in class, which resulted in me missing out on important information and falling behind. Additionally, I did not take notes or pay attention in class as I was often distracted by my phone, the internet, and other factors. I also struggled with effective study habits and time management, which led to frustration and ultimately giving up. Furthermore, I did not keep up with required readings for my courses. Despite these challenges, I am committed to improving my approach to my studies and working towards achieving my goals.
