Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in immune regulation. This article summarizes the immune regulatory effects and mechanisms of different Chinese medicines, including enhancing immune function, inhibiting immune response, regulating cytokines, and regulating immune cells. Further research on the immune regulatory effects of Chinese medicine will help develop new drugs for the treatment of immune-related diseases.
