Allergic to Water? Tom's Magical Solution!

Once upon a time, there was a man named Tom who loved to go swimming. He would visit the beach every weekend and enjoy the cool water. But there was one problem - Tom was allergic to the water! Every time he went for a swim, his skin would break out in itchy rashes.
