Abstract

Digital transformation is the inevitable way for the development of modern insurance industry. With the rapid development of information technology, insurance companies are facing the huge challenge of digital transformation. This paper takes insurance digital transformation as the research topic, explores the impact of digital transformation on the insurance industry, the advantages and challenges of digital transformation, and the strategy and path of digital transformation.

This paper adopts literature review method and case analysis method for research. The literature review method is mainly to understand the theoretical basis and research status of insurance digital transformation by consulting relevant literature. The case analysis method is to analyze the relevant cases of insurance company digital transformation to understand the practical experience and problems of digital transformation.

The research results show that digital transformation brings great opportunities and challenges to the insurance industry. The advantages of digital transformation include improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing services and innovative products. The challenges of digital transformation include technological, talent and cultural problems.
