Guangwai University Admission Requirements for Third Year

Admission Requirements

1. Students must pass the New HSK Level 5 examination and submit their exam results to enroll in the third year at Guangwai University.
2. Students who do not pass the New HSK Level 5 examination must participate in the 12-15 week Chinese language training organized by Guangwai University, which generally takes place from mid-May to mid-August (specific course dates will be announced by Guangwai University in January each year). After the training ends in August, Guangwai University will administer a Chinese language examination, and only those who pass will be allowed to continue their studies in the third year. These students must also participate in the Chinese proficiency examination held at Guangwai University before May of the following year. Those who pass the HSK Level 5 examination can proceed to the fourth year, while those who do not pass will have to repeat the third year and will be responsible for the additional tuition and accommodation fees.
3. Students in this program will be subject to the regulations and management of both XX University and Guangwai University. Project students must strictly abide by local laws and regulations of both universities. In the event that students are unable to study at Guangwai University due to force majeure, they may be allowed to return to their home country with the agreement of both parties. Guangwai University will provide XX University with the student's grades and credits for completed courses.
