CN NSR Product Quality Enhancement: Collaboration and Future Plans
The improvement was the result of a collaborative effort between the CN NSR team, who worked on a risky Seller reporting SOP, and the APAC Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) Product Quality (PQ) team, who enhanced their PQ mechanism for proactive detection. Moving forward, in 2023, we plan to work even more closely with the APAC PQ team to identify and drive effective upstream resolutions, while the NSR team will support us by equipping Sellers with knowledge and education resources in the PQ domain. Building on our efforts from last year, we aim to further enhance CN NSR product quality and improve CX based on the learnings gathered in 2022. AGS/CN leadership places great emphasis on the NSR cohort and its improvement.
