食品专业卓越人才培养体系构建与实践:问题、模式与解决方案

摘要

本文基于食品专业卓越人才培养体系的构建与实践,分析了当前食品专业人才培养中存在的问题,并提出了一些解决方案。通过对食品专业人才培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、评价体系等方面进行深入研究,构建了以‘基础知识、实践能力、创新思维、国际视野’为核心的食品专业卓越人才培养模式。同时,本文还针对食品专业卓越人才培养中存在的实践环节不足、教师队伍建设不完善、评价体系不合理等问题,提出了相应的解决方案,以期推动食品专业卓越人才的培养。

Abstract

Based on the construction and practice of the excellent talent cultivation system in the food profession, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current talent cultivation in the food profession, and puts forward some solutions. Through in-depth research on the goals of talent cultivation, curriculum setting, teaching methods, evaluation system and other aspects of the food profession, a food profession excellent talent cultivation model with 'basic knowledge, practical ability, innovative thinking, international vision' as the core is constructed. At the same time, this paper also proposes corresponding solutions to the problems of insufficient practice in the cultivation of excellent talents in the food profession, imperfect teacher team construction, and unreasonable evaluation system, in order to promote the cultivation of excellent talents in the food profession.
