NIR Fluorescent Probe CyOH-TPA for In Vivo Choline Labeling Detection
The fluorescent group of CyOH-TPA uses the semi-fluorescent dye Cy-OH, which retains near-infrared (NIR) spectral characteristics. The recognition group is 2-(diphenylphosphino)benzoic acid ester, which can accurately identify azidoethylcholine (AECho) through Staudinger reaction, causing significant spectral changes in the probe, and thus used for in vivo detection of choline labeling.
