货舱油膜发现及清理计划

After unloading, we inspected the cargo hold and found an oil film on the bottom of the hold, which was less than 1cm thick. The oil film near the rear of the cargo hold was thicker, measuring approximately 3 centimeters. In order to prevent oil pollution from entering the sewage well, we will conduct a preliminary cleaning of the cargo hold before further inspection of its interior.
