Component Replacement Analysis During Scheduled Dry-Docking

During the recent scheduled dry-docking, our team observed that several components required replacement. These components include:

• Sliding piece* One sleeve (additional seven sleeves also required replacement)* O-rings* Gasket* Back up ring* Oil seal* Four sliding blocks* Locking plate* Rung spacer* Locking wires* Spacer ring* Plugs* Shim

Our on-site inspection revealed no visible damage to these components. Therefore, we believe their replacement is necessary due to excessive wear or reaching the end of their intended service life, rather than being a result of an accident.

Conclusion:

Based on our findings, we conclude that the observed component replacements are consistent with scheduled dry-docking maintenance procedures and not indicative of any underlying issues or accidental damage.
