Driven by Compassion and Diligence: Hu Meng Yu's Journey to Public Health at Fudan University

Hi everyone, my name is Hu Meng Yu, and I am excited to share my story with you. I would describe myself as diligent, compassionate, and proactive. For instance, I received school-level scholarships and awards, and I participated in a research project that required me to work tirelessly to achieve our goals. My dedication to this project truly showcased my diligence. Additionally, my compassion drives me to volunteer at local organizations and donate blood regularly to help others in any way I can.

With a passion for public health, I made the decision to switch from nursing to public health. Driven by my desire to help others, I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, to challenge myself. Studying at Fudan University will give me the chance to gain new knowledge, skills, and perspectives in the field of public health. Moreover, I hope to develop specific career goals and build a strong network of like-minded individuals who share my commitment to making a difference in people's lives.
