Driven by Compassion and Diligence: Hu Meng Yu's Journey to Public Health at Fudan University

Hi, everyone. My name is Hu Meng Yu and I'm excited to share my story with you. With a passion for public health, I've always been driven by my desire to help others. My diligence has allowed me to receive school-level scholarships and awards, and participate in several research projects, including one on the impact of air pollution on public health. My compassion motivates me to volunteer my time and resources to help those in need, such as organizing blood donation drives and assisting with food distribution to marginalized communities.

I believe that studying at Fudan University will provide me with the opportunity to gain new knowledge and perspectives on public health, which I can use to make a positive impact in my community. Specifically, I hope to learn about innovative approaches to disease prevention and health promotion, and gain practical skills in data analysis and project management. Ultimately, I aspire to work in a public health organization that focuses on improving the health outcomes of disadvantaged populations.
