My Experience Teaching Health and Hygiene to Underprivileged Children

As a medical student, I participated in a program to teach health and hygiene to underprivileged children in a local elementary school. We started by discussing the importance of keeping clean and washing hands properly to prevent the spread of diseases. Then, we showed them how to properly brush their teeth and the importance of maintaining good oral health. We also taught them about healthy eating habits and the importance of exercise. Through this experience, I learned the importance of educating others and the joy of giving back to the community.
