我是蚌埠医学院的护理本科生，跨考的复旦大学的公共卫生与预防医学专业。本科获过校级二等奖学金、三等奖学金，获得过校级优秀团员、优秀志愿者、优秀班干部，参与过一个国家级大创，献血超过1000ml，通过六级，大一去过养老院，大二去给留守同学上课，疫情期间捐血并在社区当志愿者，大四在杭州师范大学附属医院实习。

如果用三个形容词来形容我，分别是'勤奋'、'富有同情心'、'负责任'。

'勤奋': 我多次获得校级奖学金，证明我在学习和课外活动中勤奋努力。

'富有同情心': 我热心公益事业，在养老院、留守儿童学校和社区志愿服务中体现出我对弱势群体的关爱。

'负责任': 我认真负责地完成每一项工作，在实习期间表现出色，赢得了医院的认可。

My name is [Name], and I am a nursing undergraduate student at Bengbu Medical College. I am currently pursuing a degree in Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Fudan University. I am honored to have received second and third prizes at the school level, as well as being recognized as an outstanding member, volunteer, and class leader. I have participated in a national-level innovation project, donated blood more than 1000ml, passed the College English Test Band 6, volunteered at a nursing home during my freshman year, taught at a local school for left-behind children in my sophomore year, and participated in blood donation and volunteer work during the COVID-19 pandemic. In my senior year, I completed an internship at Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Hospital.

If I were to describe myself in three words, I would choose 'diligent', 'compassionate', and 'responsible'. I have received multiple awards and recognitions for my hard work and dedication to my studies and extracurricular activities. I am deeply committed to serving my community and helping those in need, which is why I have volunteered my time and resources to various causes throughout my academic career. Finally, I take my responsibilities seriously and always strive to exceed expectations in everything I do.
