企业员工健康管理系统设计与实现 - 基于ASP.NET MVC框架的毕业论文

摘要

随着人们对健康意识的不断提高，企业员工健康管理逐渐成为热门话题。本文基于此，设计并实现了一套企业员工健康管理系统。该系统旨在帮助企业建立健康档案、制定健康计划、进行健康监测和管理，以提高员工健康水平和生产力。

本文首先介绍了企业员工健康管理的背景和意义，分析了现有的健康管理系统存在的问题和不足。然后，详细阐述了系统的功能模块，包括员工信息管理、健康档案管理、健康计划制定、健康监测和管理等。在实现过程中，采用了ASP.NET MVC框架、SQL Server数据库和Bootstrap前端框架等技术。

最后，对系统进行了测试和评估。测试结果表明，该系统能够实现企业员工健康管理的基本需求，具有良好的用户体验和可用性。评估结果显示，该系统能够提高员工健康水平和生产力，对企业的发展具有积极影响。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of people's health awareness, enterprise employee health management has gradually become a hot topic. Based on this, this paper designs and implements a set of enterprise employee health management system. The system aims to help enterprises establish health records, formulate health plans, conduct health monitoring and management, in order to improve employee health level and productivity.

This paper first introduces the background and significance of enterprise employee health management, analyzes the problems and shortcomings of existing health management systems. Then, the functional modules of the system are elaborated in detail, including employee information management, health record management, health plan formulation, health monitoring and management, etc. In the implementation process, ASP.NET MVC framework, SQL Server database and Bootstrap front-end framework are used.

Finally, the system is tested and evaluated. The test results show that the system can meet the basic needs of enterprise employee health management, and has good user experience and usability. The evaluation results show that the system can improve employee health level and productivity, and has a positive impact on the development of enterprises.
