Optimized Port Operations with Genetic Algorithm: MATLAB Implementation

Employed genetic algorithms to solve the model, following a thorough analysis of diverse intelligent algorithms. Programmed the model in MATLAB, utilizing the same methodology as the travelling salesman problem. Conducted numerical experiments which confirmed that the model was capable of decreasing port operation costs by around 12% and enhancing operational efficiency.
