Optimize Dock Operations with Elite-Preserving Genetic Algorithm

Analyzed various intelligent algorithms such as simulated annealing algorithm by comparing the problem of this research with the traveling salesman problem. Chose to use a genetic algorithm based on elite preservation strategy to solve the model after examining its advantages and disadvantages. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the model and algorithm can reduce dock operation costs by approximately 30% and improve operation efficiency.
