Optimized Port Operations with Elite Preservation Genetic Algorithm

Analyzed various intelligent algorithms and compared the research problems to the Traveling Salesman Problem, ultimately selecting the 'elite preservation strategy'-based Genetic Algorithm to solve the model. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the model and algorithm can reduce port operation costs by approximately 30% while improving operational efficiency.
