Withdrawal of Manuscript Due to Journal Exclusion from SCI and Lack of Funding

My academic mentor had committed to financing the publication of my paper, but due to the journal's disqualification from the Science Citation Index, my mentor reneged on their promise. As a student, I lacked the financial means to cover the expenses, thereby forcing me to reluctantly withdraw the manuscript.
