Withdrawal of Manuscript Due to Unforeseen Publication Costs

My academic advisor had initially guaranteed to cover the publication costs for my research paper. Regrettably, due to the journal's exclusion from the Science Citation Index (SCI), my advisor reneged on their commitment to finance the publication. As a student, I lacked the financial resources to bear the expenses and was compelled to withdraw the manuscript.
