Analyzing Income Structure Changes: Average Income, Income Disparity, and Human Capital Flow

This transformation in the income structure encompasses two dimensions, namely the average income level (Income_ave) and the income disparity (Income_gap). The former is gauged by the mean annual remuneration of urban laborers, while the latter is assessed by the proportion of staff engaged in computer services and software-related sectors in comparison to conventional manufacturing industries, as per Akdur's (2021) reference. The influx of human capital factors (Flow) is evaluated by the ratio of human capital in the area to the overall human capital in that particular year, whereby the local human capital is the product of the total labor force and the average human capital possession.
