Blended Sample Preparation Update: ITS Sampling Progress and Blending Schedule

We have received your letter and have discussed with ITS, the sampling company, regarding the preparation of a blended sample from the existing samples. Currently, ITS has completed the sampling of nine lots, each consisting of 5,000 tons, and the sampling of the tenth lot has been completed for approximately 2,300 tons of goods. If there are no new instructions or objections, ITS will blend these samples proportionally to create a composite sample, which will be submitted for inspection.

For the remaining 3,200 tons of goods in silos 10 & 12, ITS will resume sampling based on 500 tons per lot after resuming transportation. Once all sampling is completed, we will await further instructions on whether to test the remaining goods separately or after mixing them with the previous samples.

As per previous instructions and the requirements of the charterer's inspector (AMD), they should be invited to participate in the blending of samples. Therefore, we will invite the AMD inspector to witness the preparation of the blended sample. The preparation of the blended sample is tentatively scheduled for tomorrow.
