货物检验报告：码头筒仓货物霉变、流动性差

At the invitation of the consignee, we went to the warehouse at the dock to inspect the goods. The consignee was represented by Mr. Sun, and the consignee's appraiser Mr. Li, the lessee's inspector Mr. Li, and our inspector Mr. Lu attended the inspection together. The dock informed us that there were still about 4,000 tons of goods remaining in the warehouse, stored in warehouses 10 and 12. We entered warehouse 10 through the middle inspection port and found that the goods were moldy and had very poor fluidity, requiring manual assistance to flow. Some clumped goods were found near the bulkhead. We randomly measured some temperatures and found that the surface temperature of the goods pile was as high as 44 degrees while the outside temperature was about 18 degrees at the time. We did not find any ventilation or temperature detection equipment in the warehouse.
