Cargo Utilization and Information Access Concerns with Recipient

Based on the recipient's message, it appears that there may still be approximately 40,000 tons of cargo from our ship that have not yet been utilized. Additionally, we have discovered that the recipient has 20,000 tons of soybeans from 'MV HYDRUS' at the port, which will soon be transported to their factory. However, the recipient has declined to share information regarding the quality and storage usage of these goods, as well as production and processing data. Furthermore, we have not been granted access to the control room to view real-time production data.
