Cargo Discrepancies and Lack of Transparency from Recipient

Based on the recipient's message, it appears that there may still be approximately 40,000 tons of cargo from our ship that have yet to be utilized. Additionally, we have been made aware that the recipient has obtained 20,000 tons of soybeans from MV HYDRUS at the port, which are expected to be transported to their factory in the near future, in addition to the previous 16,000 tons from MV NAVIOS GALAXY II. Unfortunately, the recipient has refused to provide us with any information regarding the quality and storage usage of these goods, nor have they disclosed any production or processing data. Furthermore, we have not been granted access to the control room to view real-time production data.
