Yeah I have and its helped a little But it wont change anything Itll just keep a rotating wheel of employees until those higher ups leave

or until the company culture and policies are fundamentally changed. It's important to recognize that individual actions can make a difference, but long-lasting change requires systemic change. It's important to continue advocating for change and holding those in power accountable.
