Cargo Hatch Closure and Standing Water Observation on Starboard Side

Upon boarding the ship, the inspection team observed that the cargo hatch cover was closed. Several sweeping bin bags were stacked on the starboard side, and residue traces of goods suggested that this area had been recently cleaned. Standing water was also observed at the stern on the starboard side. A thorough inspection of the ship's cable crane was conducted, but no defects were found. Based on this inspection, it is considered unlikely that the standing water originated from continuous outflow of cooling water from the cable crane during navigation.
