Please note that the writer attended the joint survey of the alleged damaged cargo at the consignee's factory this morning, as instructed on a work permit basis. Also present at the joint survey were Ms. Li and her colleagues, the consignee's logistics representative, Mr. Dong from the Quality Control (QC) department, Mr. Dong, the cargo underwriter surveyor, Mr. Chen and his colleagues from CIMC, and the representative of the land transportation carrier.
