the standard booth for Party A according to the requirements and specifications agreed by both parties, and Party A shall pay the relevant construction fee;2) Party A shall be responsible for the transportation, installation, and dismantling of their exhibits and shall pay for all related fees;3) Party A shall be responsible for the additional expenses incurred during the Exhibition, such as additional power consumption, water supply, and cleaning fees.4. Obligations of Party A4.1 Party A shall ensure that the exhibits are in compliance with China's laws and regulations, and shall not be harmful to public safety or social stability.4.2 Party A shall be responsible for the transportation, installation, and dismantling of their exhibits, and shall not cause any damage to the Exhibition venue or other exhibitors' exhibits.4.3 Party A shall abide by the Exhibition rules and regulations and shall not engage in any activities that are not related to the Exhibition or violate China's laws and regulations.4.4 Party A shall cooperate with Party B's staff and follow their instructions for the smooth operation of the Exhibition.5. Breach of Contract and Liability5.1 If Party A violates any of the following provisions, Party B has the right to terminate this contract and confiscate the security deposit:5.1.1 Failure to pay the participation fee on time;5.1.2 Failure to set up the exhibit on time or dismantle it after the Exhibition;5.1.3 Display of exhibits that violate China's laws and regulations;5.1.4 Causing damage to the Exhibition venue or other exhibitors' exhibits;5.1.5 Engaging in activities that are not related to the Exhibition or violate China's laws and regulations;5.1.6 Failure to comply with Party B's instructions or rules and regulations of the Exhibition.5.2 If Party A's behavior causes damage to Party B or other exhibitors, Party A shall be liable for compensation.6. Force Majeure6.1 Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events that render the performance of this contract impossible, such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, wars, and government actions.6.2 If either party is unable to perform its obligations under this contract due to force majeure, they shall not be held liable for breach of contract, but shall promptly inform the other party of the event and take necessary measures to minimize the losses.7. Dispute Resolution7.1 Any disputes arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation between both parties.7.2 If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the arbitration commission in Shanghai for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.8. Miscellaneous8.1 This contract shall come into effect upon the signature of both parties and shall remain valid until the completion of the Exhibition.8.2 Any amendment to this contract shall be made in writing and shall be signed by both parties.8.3 This contract shall be executed in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. The Chinese version of this contract shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.9.
