PART III: THE DISTRIBUTION OF NECESSITIES AND CAPITALS:

1. Calls for the United Nations to distribute necessities and capitals to all civilians and refugees in Syria, including children, in a fair and reasonable manner; 2. Urges the Syrian government to cooperate with the United Nations in the distribution of these necessities and capitals, ensuring that they reach those in need; 3. Calls on all parties involved in the conflict to respect and protect the distribution of these necessities and capitals.

PART IV: THE ROLE OF THE UNITED NATIONS:

1. Calls on the United Nations to monitor and report on the implementation of this resolution; 2. Urges the United Nations to continue to provide humanitarian aid and support to the people of Syria, especially children; 3. Encourages the United Nations to work towards a peaceful and diplomatic resolution to the conflict in Syria.

PART V: THE ROLE OF MEMBER STATES:

1. Calls on all Member States to support the implementation of this resolution and to provide assistance to the people of Syria, especially children; 2. Urges Member States to provide financial support to the United Nations and organizations working on the ground to provide aid and support to the people of Syria; 3. Encourages Member States to work towards a peaceful and diplomatic resolution to the conflict in Syria.

PART VI: CLOSURE:

1. Decides to remain seized of the matter
