We are writing to address the notice we received regarding the violation of your trademark rights by our product ASIN: AAAAA. Upon thorough investigation, we must acknowledge our lack of familiarity with Amazon policies and local laws, which led to our unintentional use of Amazon's unacceptable trademarked terms on the product detail page to indicate compatibility with your product. As a result, our product infringed upon your trademark rights.

We sincerely apologize for this careless trademark infringement and the negative impact it has had on your brand and company.

Upon receiving your notice, we promptly removed all instances of your Roku trademark from our product listings. We have also modified our product and product detail page using Amazon's acceptable trademarked terms to ensure that none of the products we sell on Amazon infringe upon Roku's trademark.
