Jingtang Port Vessel Arrival Update: Draft Survey Conducted, Discharge Pending Customs Inspection

Regarding the matter at hand, we would like to inform you that the vessel in question has successfully docked at #15 berth of Jingtang port at 1705hrs this afternoon. Unfortunately, one of the crew members was reported to have red pimples on their face, which prevented us from embarking due to health and safety concerns.

Despite this setback, we were able to conduct the initial draft survey with the assistance of the crew from 1730hrs to 2030hrs on the same day. Based on the information provided by the C/O, including the deductible liquids quantity and sea density, and the vessel's constant of approximately 300MT, we estimated that the total quantity of cargo on board was approximately 65,799.42 MT. This figure was 314.78 MT (0.48%) higher than the B/L figures (65,484.64 MT). The chief officer's draft survey figure was consistent with our own.

The crew reported that a customs officer attended the draft survey, but did not leave any report on board. They verbally confirmed that the cargo quantity was sufficient based on the vessel's constant of 300MT. We have been informed that the customs officer is currently on board examining the crew, and as a result, discharging operations have not yet commenced.

We will maintain communication with the crew and attend the final draft survey in a timely manner.
