Cargo Production Time Uncertain, 1400 MT to be Returned

The recipient is currently unable to determine the precise production time of the cargo. As a result, they did not retain samples of the soybean and its products. Additionally, they have not disclosed their approach for calculating the loss of this portion. The recipient has notified us that roughly 1400 metric tons of cargo from our vessel are still at the Tianjin port. This remaining cargo will be transported back and consumed within the next five days.
